İşim Var hesabınızı ve verilerinizi dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Bunun için uygulamayı kurmanız gerekmez.

Yol 1 — Uygulamadan (en hızlı)

İşim Var uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın.
Alttaki Menü sekmesine dokunun.
En alttaki Hesabımı sil'e dokunun.
Ekranda görünen doğrulama kodunu girip onaylayın.

Yol 2 — E-posta ile

Hesabınıza erişemiyorsanız, kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@ofisx.com adresine yazın; kimliğinizi doğrulayıp silme işlemini biz yaparız. Talepler 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Ne oluyor?

Hemen: hesabınız kapatılır. Siz ve varsa alt kullanıcılarınız bir daha giriş yapamaz; müşteri, tedarikçi ve hareket kayıtlarınız uygulamada görünmez, kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Kalıcı silme: kayıtlarınızın sistemden tamamen kaldırılmasını istiyorsanız info@ofisx.com adresine yazmanız yeterli. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size bilgi verilir.
Neden hemen silinmiyor: hesabını yanlışlıkla kapatan kullanıcılar geri dönebilsin diye kayıtlar erişime kapalı biçimde saklanır. Kalıcı silme talebi gelmediği sürece bu böyle kalır.
Her hâlükârda saklanan: yasa gereği tutmak zorunda olduğumuz fatura ve ödeme kayıtları. Bunlar uygulamada kullanılmaz.

Abonelik satın aldıysanız, aboneliğinizi ayrıca App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan iptal etmeniz gerekir; hesap silme aboneliği kendiliğinden iptal etmez.

Delete my account

You can delete your İşim Var account and data at any time. You do not need to install the app to do so.

Option 1 — In the app

Open the İşim Var app and sign in.
Tap the Menü (Menu) tab at the bottom.
Tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account) at the bottom.
Enter the confirmation code shown on screen.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access your account, email info@ofisx.com from your registered address. We verify your identity and delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What happens

Immediately: the account is closed. You and any sub-users can no longer sign in; your customer, supplier and transaction records are no longer accessible in the app and are not shared with anyone.
Permanent erasure: if you want your records removed from our systems entirely, email info@ofisx.com. We complete such requests within 30 days and confirm back to you.
Why not erased right away: records are kept inaccessible so that users who close an account by mistake can recover it. They stay that way unless you ask for permanent erasure.
Retained in any case: invoice and payment records we are legally required to keep. These are not used in the app.

If you purchased a subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.
